"I am still getting jerked around after making multiple attempts, in multiple formats, to cancel this policy. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with any company, period. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer. This is terrible business practice and an extremely frustrating experience. Future customers should be aware of what they may be dealing with before signing up."

"This office demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and urgency in handling a serious error that is now causing me direct financial harm. I am not and have never been a State Farm customer, yet this agency allowed incorrect claim information to be reported under my name to LexisNexis. For those of you who don't know what this company does, they provide the risk management and research to insurance companies for them to give your quotes. That false data is now being used by insurance carriers to dramatically increase my auto insurance premiums. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I was met with unreturned calls, delays, and ultimately no meaningful action. Jayme Vazquez, who works at James Raynor's office, was fully informed of the error and the time-sensitive consequences, yet failed to correct the reporting, failed to provide a necessary corrective letter, and failed to confirm removal of my name from a policy that belongs to my husband. This is not a minor issue—it affects my ability to obtain affordable insurance and will continue to do so unless corrected. The lack of urgency, follow-through, and basic customer advocacy is unacceptable, especially from an insurance agency that should understand the real-world consequences of inaccurate reporting. Because this office refused to resolve the issue, I was forced to escalate the matter beyond the agency level and file a complaint with the State Insurance Commissioner in addition to the CEO of State Farm. And the biggest kick in the gut is that I am a veteran who served this country, and this is the way this office chooses to show their appreciation for not just my service, but EVERY other veteran and active duty member of our armed forces. I strongly caution anyone considering this agency and implore you to find insurance coverage elsewhere! Errors happen—but refusing to fix them and leaving someone financially exposed is indefensible."

We take feedback from our veteran community very seriously. We would like to clarify the situation regarding the reporting you described to ensure you have the correct information to move forward. LexisNexis functions as an independent, third-party consumer reporting agency—much like a credit bureau for the insurance industry. It is vital to note that individual insurance agencies do not have the authority or the technical access to alter, delete, or remove data within the LexisNexis database. When a claim is filed on a policy where you are a named insured, that data is reported automatically according to corporate and state regulatory requirements. Because we are following mandatory corporate policy regarding the September claim, our office cannot manually remove a name from a processed filing. If you believe the information on your report is inaccurate, the most direct path to a correction is to file a dispute directly with LexisNexis. They have a specific legal process for consumers to challenge and correct their own data files. We understand this is a frustrating situation, but we must adhere to the compliance standards set by our corporate office. We wish you the best."
